Due to the current worldwide pandemic, postal services are experiencing delays which may impact shipping timeframes. All delivery timeframes are NOT a guarantee. Use the provided tracking feature once you have placed your order to receive live updates.
iBuilt Kits ships Australia wide.
We ship using, Couriers Please, Star Track, DHL and other freight service providers from time to time.
Currently we offer $20 flat rate shipping on all 4x4 accessory orders within Australian capital cities (exc. Hobart), major cities and Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane outer capital cities. For all other areas and rural locations your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Your Order
After you have completed your order you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder if you have not received the email within an hour. If after this time you have not received an order confirmation please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery Timeframes & Tracking
We endeavour to dispatch your order ASAP (usually within 24-48 hours), once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a link to live tracking updates on your packages progress. Delivery times range from 2-10 business days, this is subject to the delivery service and depending on your location.
Signature delivery & Responsibility For Secure Addresses
Orders that require signature on delivery- iBuilt Kits do not take responsibility for any orders that are returned to us because of customer failure to receive/collect their parcel.
Return to sender
iBuilt Kits does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office (either by phone or dropping into the local shop) before contacting us.
If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email email@example.com immediately.
The address on your order can only be changed if your order has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to change the address and the cost to have the package reshipped will be at the customers expense.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you decide to return/refund your items (under our returns policy) , you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
